Today, most church safety teams have two-way radios. In an emergency, such as guiding people to shelter in severe weather, they are essential. When a few team members on duty are stationed in different places in the church and on the campus, or are on patrol, radios are the most efficient means of communicating, whether remaining in place or moving around.
