Connecticut state Sen. Scott Frantz, R-36, says the move by the transportation committee - a first step toward adding tolls in Connecticut - to authorize a study for tolls has his constituents in Greenwich unhappy.  Speaking with Dan Lovallo, he also said the deal between the governor and Hartford leaders of a more than half-billion dollar bailout for the financially-wrecked city, also is not sitting well.
