In today's episode Isaiah and Anthony break down Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind".

It is important that we don't give into the pressures of the world. We must remain strong. 

God created us for more, and if you listen he is calling you to more. It won't be easy, but nothing worth doing ever is. 

We must begin our journey by pursuing God, when we do he will pull us out of our old mindset and teach us a new way to live. 

Practice mindfulness and detachment from your flesh so you can gain a higher perspective. 

Ensure that you are consuming information and perspectives that will build you up and make you better.
