In 2008 Keith Wasserman founded Gelt Inc and has since been involved in over $1.25B in acquisitions including multifamily, industrial, and commercial assets. In 2017, he founded Happy Home Communities and has acquired manufactured homes to add to his growing portfolio. In addition, Keith’s charitable giving program called The Resident Relief Foundation focuses on helping renters avoid eviction upon an unexpected financial emergency or situation. Keith graduated in 2007 from the University of Southern California from the Marshall School of Business.
