If you have knowledge in any particular subject and feel that others could get value from you sharing your knowledge, one great way to do this is by becoming a guest on different podcasts. 

One of my good friends has a strong financial background and knew he could share his knowledge on underwriting deals with others. 

The best way he was able to share his information was by reaching out to podcast hosts to become a guest on their podcasts. He has now been on multiple podcasts which has allowed him to not only speak about his experience but also it allows him to showcase himself and what he can bring to the table. 

If you are in real estate but have yet to take down any deals, find a way to provide good value and reach out to podcast hosts to become a guest. You will quickly realize the benefits of doing this all while having some good ol' fun.
