Randy has 25+ years of various corporate leadership experiences in multiple industries, primarily in the risk and governance areas. He currently serves as the Chief Compliance and Audit Officer for a large academic medical institution in Houston, TX. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, an MBA in Finance and is a CPA. Randy has been investing in real estate since his first primary residence purchase of a duplex. Previously, he was a private money lender in the remodeling of single family homes in Florida, Ohio and Texas with a combined market value in excess of $2.5M. His recent focus has been exclusively in multi-family properties. He has been a general partner in 258 doors representing over $11M in assets managed and a limited partner in numerous more.
