Vicki Standish has led an extraordinary life of struggle and achievement, and has never before agreed to be interviewed about it. Her rich and varied working life has spanned jobs from air hostess to working for a not-for-profit organisation negotiating with the Federal Government over issues that included nuclear testing in the Pacific. Abused as a child, she has come full circle to helping children and young people as a philanthropist through her various sub funds and foundations.
