On this brand new edition of Cubs On Tap, Nick and Ron are back on the mics after the Chicago Cubs split the first two games of their three-game set with the Miami Marlins. With tales of wins and losses to discuss, the boys dive right in.

When discussing Monday, Ron has trouble getting too far down on the loss. The offense produced, the pitching wasn't great, but not horrific, and they just came up short. At the same time, that could be why fans are upset.

Regardless, the night got worse because of Porter Hodge's injury. That said, Ian Happ returned for Tuesday's game. The boys discuss the injuries and what could happen with the bullpen and starting rotation in the future.

From there, Tuesday's win is an enjoyable discussion for the boys. Jameson Taillon appreciation is out in full force, and an offensive explosion is the name of the game.
