As a registered holistic nutritionist, Scott is well versed in diverse food styles and crafts personalized menus to please the palates and dietary restrictions of his guests. His contagious passion for food is inspiring and your can taste the love he puts into each mug of bone broth soup, jar of pickles or ferments, or his plant-based cheesecakes.
