Cultivating a Thankful heart is our individual choice, but how? You might ask!! Listen further where I share simple ways to do so. 1️⃣ Pause, deep breath with your hands on your heart: say to yourself something that you're Thankful right that moment. 2️⃣Write one thing that you are Thankful for on a sticky note, place it somewhere visible where you can stare at it whenever you feel overwhelmed and/or worry. 3️⃣ Start and End your day with a Thankful heart, by saying the one thing you're Thankful for at that moment or throughout your day. 💚 I truly hope this serves you well, and that you choose to nurture your Thankful heart.
