How strong are you to ask for help?
We are not superhuman, we need help every once in a while. But sometimes it can be hard to ask, for a variety of reasons. If you aren't ready, there are options to get comfortable.
How do you respond when life throws a curve-ball and your plans get out of whack?
Being prepared with a plan B is an option, but not always possible. Changing your mindset and stressing less will help you continue to move forward.
What are your goals? Do you know what it will take to get there? While watching TV I was inspired to set a goal for myself to become a professional winner in the next 5-10 years. Join me as I discuss the process for setting a long-term goal and how to think about the steps, or short-term goals, to get there.

Why should we tell our own story? Number 1 reason is that no one knows you like you. Telling our own stories gives us ownership and helps us feel empowered. Our stories have value and can be meaningful and help others. We can learn a lot about storytelling from documentaries.
