Cultivation -Ep.12 - Jumpstarting your Motivation 

We all know what’s like to be motivated. When motivated we can rule the world if we wanted to.   What about when your motivation is gone?  What about when you just can’t get motivated??

I share some of my keys that help me to maintain a high level of motivation.  

My mindset on this:

- It’s okay to not be motivated
- The ending of a thing is always better than the beginning
- Effort is a win
- Surround yourself with people and things that feed what you want out of life
- Don’t compare yourself with others
- Filter negativity
- Validate yourself
