It was the United Nations World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development yesterday. To mark this event, Lee and Gwilym spoke with Nina Ferara, Sally Bannan and John Gray from the European Patent Institute's Diversity and Inclusion Committee to discuss the cultural differences within Europe and how they are helping their colleagues to find a common understanding on EDI issues.
