A few days ago, I sought the perspective of a close friend regarding any behavioral improvements I could make. Not surprisingly, my friend noted that I tend to limit my potential by avoiding taking risks and not wanting to offend others. This observation prompted me to engage in introspection and to understand the root cause of my tendency towards risk aversion and my more circumspect nature.

As a result of my diligent research and findings, I have recorded this podcast with great care and enthusiasm.
