Meet Clara Stroude-Vazquez, a veteran of the Miami HEAT, where she champions HEAT Culture and leads the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Clara plays a vital role in developing strategies and programs that inspire, motivate, and elevate employees—helping them not just understand but truly live out the franchise’s core values.
Beyond the HEAT, Clara serves as Chapter President of WISE South Florida (Women in Sports and Events), an adjunct faculty member at Barry University, and a mentor to the next generation of sports professionals. Originally from the DMV, with deep roots in Grenada and Barbados, she brings a vibrant energy to everything she does—including her love for Soca music, fitness, cooking, and performing as a vocalist and instrumentalist.
