To root for a Supreme Court decision which violates the function of a Supreme Court merely because you like the immediate outcome is to undermine the country.  Which would be fine if we were likely to erect an equally good country in its wake, but we aren't up to the job.  Not even close.

The Trump paradox:

The left hates President Trump because he lies more than any other President.

The right loves President Trump because he tells the truth more than any other President.
