Deputy Cocha Heyden sits down with Undersheriff Holly Nicholson-Kluth, Wellness Coordinator Dan Brite, and Chaplain Tim Ralph to discuss the culture shift occurring in today's law enforcement.  Historically, law enforcement approached wellness with a "just deal with it" attitude.  Today, we are making leaps and bounds in developing a program that breaks the stigma and allows officers to admit that they're not always okay, and that sometimes, even a tough person needs help in dealing with the day to day stresses encountered.
