Governor Andrew Cuomo says New York has entered a new phase of the coronavirus pandemic. At his daily briefing yesterday at LaGuardia airport in New York City, Cuomo said the state is past fighting against the coronavirus day-to-day and is into a full reopening of the economy. He said everyone has a role to play.
