• Keeping up with current events is not everyone's cup of tea. Welcome to this week's short episode of the L.M. Mint Talks Podcast. I know I'm not the only one who is just happy to have a good day with work, friends, and family and not be bogged down by the latest breaking whatever. It's okay to admit you find the news or the trends emotionally triggering, harmful to your psyche, or just not worth your time. And it is totally acceptable to only watch sports and weather or to only read for entertainment if that's what maintains your good mood.
