Don't be surprised by things that are part of the deal that you signed up for. 

Your baby wakes up in the middle of the night crying, of course. 

Your players don't always play as hard as you want them too, of course. 

Your business or industry has certain innate challenges or problems, of course. 

Don't be surprised by things that we can expect. And then respond accordingly.
