So they go group-by-group and cover everything ahead of kickoff this Sunday, Nov. 20. What will a young USA squad do with England and Wales to contend with? Can champions France change the pattern (or Le Pattern, if you will) of the past? Can Germany or Spain emerge from their group of death unscathed?
