First things first, before getting excited about the property that you want to acquire, step into it not just virtually, as it may be hiding some of the "issues", that you definitely need to see and get the feeling what the property is like? If you won't get a good feeling about the property, then guess what? Your tenants will get the same bad feeling about it and that means lower occupancy which means lower income.  #realestate #investing #multifamily
