Namaste in this podcast I'm glad to share about the curd base prepration method. According to our ancient method need not buy curd for making curd.at home itself we can make curd base easily.but we've to wait for minimum 2 days to get 2nd set of curd base which is an apt consistency to set curd. .ingredients----thick lukewarm milk 1 cup,1 whole green chilly (with stalk)or 1 whole red chilly(with stalk).1st 2 times curd are only base,don't consume it .3rd time curd is advisable for intaking as yogurt,lassi,buttermilk.thank you.
