He helped me get my first job then I sat in his cubicle for the first few months on that job. A dynamic, emotionally intelligent leader, his professional superpower is a “creator influencer”. I introduce to some and reacquaint others with Mr Marcliff Fountaine.  With an over 30 year career in Technology, Marcliff is currently a Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations and believes a key to career longevity and fulfillment in our Tech profession is knowing oneself and one’s purpose and being versatile in how we show up in our work communities.
