I sit down with real estate attorney, Robert Sargeant, to discuss the current CRE market and how he views the market we are in from the type of work he is engaged to perform for his clients. It was a very interesting way of looking at the market and provided me with some great insights as to what might be on the horizon. We discussed how "mark to market" might force some property owners to have to sell their holding(s).
