This episode of the Current Plays Podcast sees our civilization-building hosts Jordan and Thomas discuss Above and Below published by Red Raven Games and designed by Ryan Laukat.

This chat leads to Jordan bringing up Critical Role and we talk about getting into the mindset of your roleplaying character. Jordan is excited to talk about the new announcement by the Critical Role team including upcoming board games and their very own roleplaying system. Afterwards, we get into Jordan's painting process glow-up. Thomas segways into his week's plays starting with Anachrony and its expansion Fractures of Time. He laments about trying to get through the Mage Knight rulebook a game he is excited to get back to the table. Finally, Thomas brings up another Dollarama find; Spectre by Modiphius Games. To round off the Other Plays segment Thomas brings up his newfound interest in Pokemon investing.
