I almost didn't post this episode because of all the background noise and how unstructured it was but I decided that the messages that came through while recording this were meant to be heard. I hope that this episode finds all the right people it needs to. Thank you for showing yourself an act of self love today by listening to my podcast <3

Journal prompts for this episode:

  1. Describe your identity. What things do you believe make you who you are?
  2. In what ways do your negative self-identifications limit you? For example, if you identify as an anxious person, how might that affect your overall confidence?
  3. What things have you told yourself you "can't" do? Are you actually physically incapable or was this just a conditioned belief made up by yourself, someone else or society?
  4. In what ways do you see your growth now, when you think about past versions of yourself? Be specific. How would you handle situations you've been handed in the past differently now?
  5. What is your biggest growth indicator? What does growth mean to you?
  6. What has been your biggest struggle in life? How has it held you back from becoming your truest self and what would your life look like now if you hadn't struggled with this?
  7. When did you stop believing in yourself? Why?
  8. Would you consider yourself to have a good or bad relationship with yourself? Why/why not?
