  • EP5 : Random Chatty Q&A Session!

This week's episode is soooo random with absolutely no context at all!

I got a suggestion from one of my friends to do an episode where I talk and share about my recent favourites and maybe a little bit of personal questions. So, here I am, delivering a chill episode to you guys.

The questions are absolutely random, ranging from my favourite kinds of coffee, my favourite movie, to deeper topics like my favourite thing about being in university or my favourite moment so far.

I suggest not to expect anything deep or eye-opening as there is not much but me ranting here and there.

Hope you'll enjoy this fun episode because I absolutely did when I recorded this!

  • EP4 : Friendly Reminder For Self Love and Affirmations

This week's episode is for those who needs a friendly reminder to slow down and focus more on self care.

I believe we all possess the love within us, just that other things in life overwhelm us and make us forget to spare some love for ourselves. I do know sometimes it's hard to love yourself. So, here I am, sharing some of my favourite self care ideas you can also try to help you slow down, be more mindful, and feel that inner peace with in you. Let me know if you've tried any of these and enjoyed it, because I know I did and it really helped me.

I provided many many lovely affirmations in this episode also, just in case any of you need it :)

I hope that this episode will make you realise the importance of self love and setting aside some time in your day to take care of yourself, because loving yourself is one of the most important things in life!!

I mentioned verses from 1 Corinthias 13:4-7 which I heard from this podcast: But What's Next with Michelle Reed, it's a really good one I enjoy weekly so here's the link if you want to check it out!
