We have former Cardiff City, Forest Green Rovers and current Barry Town United defender, Curtis McDonald.   

Curtis talks about his days playing for the Bluebirds before moving onto playing for Forest Green Rovers, Newport County and even brifly going to Poland and also playing for Wales U21.
