Curtis started Rip and Read today by ripping on mayor Eric Adams and governor Kathy Hochul, who both left the city to go to the Vatican to meet with Pope Francis, at different times. He claimed that the rich and the politicians go to the Vatican City to evade taxes, get richer and ask for forgiveness. He then continued by saying that both politicians are not doing good to the city even after their return from Vatican City.
