Tonight I was joined in the studio for a second time by Jayson Churn, frontman with Southend rockers Alcainein. Originally guests on the show a few years back, the group have undergone a new guise and moved from their original metal sound to an embrace of classic rock. The foursome are releasing a new studio album on July 1st with a live album to follow on August 1st – looks like we’ll be hearing a lot from them over the summer!
