I’m a certified personal trainer and mental health counselor.After having my 7th child, I decided to thread together my two passions: the mind and the body. I want to share my journey with you. We are truly incredible humans. Remembering our worth and sharing our stories will shine the light of hope for all to see. My light sparked when I was at almost 300 pounds, after surviving 9 years of domestic violence, shifting careers, and mindsets, opening a new business, developing a coaching practice that takes you from F*uck My Life to FitMinded Living and then surviving Cancer...&nbsp; I wanted more than just my body back. I wanted my life! I want to LIVE it well. And share it with you!
