When you map out your client's journey (starting from the moment they come across your profile or page), start by imagining how you want them to feel every time they see or talk to you. Then, it's a matter of maintaining consistency in that customer-content experience.

Whether it's from post engagement to DM, Linktree to landing page, or landing page to course purchase, each touchpoint needs to be exquisite. Journey mapping is just that — literally identifying every single step an individual would take across the sales funnel for each potential path they could take to come into your sphere.
