Here is the AI discussion of my post, Customers Can't Tell You Their Needs.  I had an interesting reaction listening to it.  There were some areas where I disagreed with them.  They were taking a bit of a traditionalist sales approach in their discussion.  But there were a couple of places where they came up with some intriguing new ideas.  Enjoy!
