This episode of Meta explains my Decalogue Rosary method, and gives a few brief examples of how to do an examination of conscience based on the Ten Commandments combined with the Twenty Mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary. There are 200 meditations in a full Rosary, but I limit my discussion to 10 meditations, for the sake of time.
