Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share a recipe that I found on the Internet on how to cook vermicelli rice with five easy ingredients. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as I enjoy making it and eating it myself. The ingredients are: one cup of rice, 1/2 cup of vermicelli noodles, 3 cups of water/vegetable stock/chicken stock, 2 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil.
