Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my magenta recipe from Lebanon with you. I also share tips and tricks to how you can cook this recipe on a gas or electric stove you visually impaired or having no vision at all. I hope that you guys really enjoy this recipe as much as I enjoy making it for my friends and family. The ingredients are as follows: one cup of basmati or jasmine rice, one cup of lentils, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, minced garlic or one garlic clove chopped in a food processor., 1 teaspoon of coriander 1 teaspoon of cumin 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper to taste.
