Perhaps one of the most important things I share with my medical students that rotate with me has very little to do with medicine. Instead it has to do with realizing the important things in their lives that support their desire to be successful in the medical field. Life can be a juggling act to try and manage all the things we have to do without "dropping the ball." And what we often don't realize is that those balls we're trying to keep in the air are made of glass, except for one. We'll dive into that today.
