Our guest today is Doug McNamee.  Doug serves as the President of Magnolia, a media, hospitality and lifestyle company founded by celebrity serial entrepreneurs Chip and Joanna Gaines. In his role, he oversees the content, licensing, e-comm, experiential, realty and long-term strategy for one of Texas’ fastest- growing companies and anchor of Waco’s rebirth as a tourism and entertainment hub.

Prior to Magnolia – Doug served as a Senior Associate Athletic Director at Baylor University.  Doug and his wife Lacy are proud parents and continue to make Waco their home – where both are very involved in our community.
