During his tenure as VP of Innovation and Operations for a global nonprofit in Houston, TX he worked with companies such as Apple, Nike, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Pfizer, the University of Houston, and the YMCA of the USA. 

Additionally, he serves as an Org. Leadership M.A. Adj. Professor for the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine.  He has written a new book titled “Redefine Your Servant Leadership” and he is with us today to discuss this topic.
