Our guest today is Lyle Wells. Lyle is the president of Integrus Leadership, a published author, and an in-demand speaker and preacher. Lyle is a trusted advisor and chief encourager that ignites disciple-makers.  

He’s spent decades transforming athletic programs, serving as a leader in higher education, and coaching leaders on sharpening their leadership skills. Lyle and his wife Ronda live in College Station.  They have two grown children. He also serves as the Senior Pastor of First Franklin  - and enjoys a cold Dr. Pepper, a greasy burger and sizzling fajitas – along with a round of golf!
