We FINALLY get to do the movie that guest host Ken Palmer has been pushing for since the beginning.  So thankfully he's back to talk about "Cyborg" from director Albert Pyun and starring the Muscles From Brussels Jean-Claude Van Damme.  This is a truly bizarre, cheaply made sci-fi from 1989 with a backstory more interesting than the film itself.
