Why do I cringe when I hear the word budget?  The negative term or as some call it the “B” word makes people cringe because they think it follows the same guideline of dieting.  Its psychological and just because you budget does not mean you are going to reduce the things you love.  Budgeting just means you watch and know where you spend your income.
