  1. Don’t stop... manage your fear, guilt and shame.
  • Understand even your employees are human and will make mistakes.
  • You can’t just be a researcher you have to make a decision to do something, you have to shoot the gun.
  • Look for business relationships that will have longevity, Go into business relationships that you only want to end a partnership if the person dies or retires.
  • Study your market and understand what is being offered by competitors around you. Go out and see whats’s happening in the neighborhood and research the cost of goods.
  • Ask about both sides of what if, what if something goes wrong and what if something goes right.
