Mia Hall is a content producer and the founder of Brown Girls GLOW, an organization dedicated to helping teen girls go from 'the hood' to Harvard and learn how to turn their college and career dreams into a reality. She is a writer, media producer and public speaker. Her past experience includes sports writing and producing for the WNBA, the Brooklyn Nets and NBC. She has written for Black Enterprise and The Root, among others.
