Cynthia M. McJunkin was appointed Veteran Service Center Manager (VSCM) of the Pittsburgh Regional Office, effective April 26, 2015.  Prior to her selection as the VSCM of Pittsburgh, Cynthia served as the Assistant Veterans Service Center Manager (AVSCM) in Buffalo, NY.
