In this episode, Behsaad interviews Cyril Moreau, Senior DevOps, who has been working as an employee for years and became a freelancer 1,5 years ago. One of his reasons to start working remotely was to spend the time he wasted every day for commuting more wisely.

He will share his experiences working in an office and remotely and point out the positive and negative aspects of both concerning freedom, socialization, termination of contracts, security and more.

Behsaad and Cyril will also talk about the fact that trust makes people work more productively and that freedom and autonomy are nowadays more important than a higher salary.

In the end, Cyril has some interesting facts to tell about the future of remote work, giving an example of companies in San Francisco.
