D3 Coach LIVE Q&A - Michael Rose
In our fourth live Q&A we sat down with Head Coach of Regent University Track & Field and Cross Country, Michael Rose.
Coach Rose is about to start his third season at Regent and has already shown some impressive results in his first two season so far: “Rose's program produced an Indoor Track All-American in 2024 and an Outdoor Track All-American in 2025, while producing the first Regent Cross Country National Qualifier.”
We discussed how to build a successful college program, his experience as a D1 athlete at Auburn University, winning a U20 bronze medal at the 1988 World Championships, lessons from growing up running track in Jamaica, and much more.
If you enjoy this, you’ll definitely want to check out the earlier Q&A’s in the series.
