Dian Taylor is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP and Director who specializes in D365 Customer Engagement technology and processes at RSM in Florida. In her role as a D365 Presales Engineer, she designs custom D365 demonstrations for prospects. Dian has been working with Dynamics 365 CE since 2011. Her prior experience in solution designing, implementing, configuring, and customizing several complex scenarios in various industry sectors has helped her build relevant customer demos.
