This week on Da Patio, we had the great honor of interviewing "Andre Hayes." He's a Teacher, Father, Writer, Author, Former Athlete, and Historian from South Central Los Angeles. Andre talks about his upbringing in a single-parent home, where he and his siblings learned the value of resilience. He shares the inspiring story of starting his own successful car detailing business in downtown LA at a young age. He reflects on his college life, including playing in the Rose Bowl, and opens up about his close relationship with his mother during her final days battling cancer. He also discusses the book he wrote, dedicated to her memory. This is an episode you don't want to miss.
